Return and Warranty Conditions

This turbocharger, if correctly supplied, is strictly non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted if an incorrect part was dispatched and the item remains completely unused, clean, and sealed in its original packaging.

Warranty Terms:

• Warranty is valid only if fitted by a qualified, VAT-registered workshop capable of providing an official invoice as proof of professional installation.
• Proof must be supplied that oil feed and return lines, coolant hoses, and air/oil filters were replaced at the same time as turbo installation.
• Engine oil and filter must have been replaced using manufacturer-approved grade before installation.
• Engine, intercooler, intake, and exhaust systems must be flushed of all contaminants and debris.
• Oil pressure must be verified prior to first start-up; turbo must be hand-primed with clean oil before rotation.
• Warranty is void if turbo failure is due to oil starvation, contamination, overspeeding, overboosting, or foreign object damage.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by ECU remaps, performance tuning, blocked DPF/EGR systems, or poor maintenance.
• Unit must not show evidence of tampering, disassembly, or modification.
• Warranty claims are subject to supplier inspection and diagnostic verification.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Turbo has been fitted fully or partially, even for testing or alignment
• Any oil, coolant, soot, or dirt contamination present
• Packaging, box, or internal protective caps damaged or missing
• Factory seals, stickers, or identification marks removed or broken
• Accessories, gaskets, or fittings missing or installed
• Evidence of improper priming, oil restriction, or lack of lubrication
• Visible compressor/turbine wheel damage or shaft play
• Signs of overheating, bluing, or burnt oil residue
• Incorrect application, tuning, or engine mismatch
