Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Confirm the vehicle construction month/year falls within the stated build window before installation.
- For 07/2011–04/2017 applications, confirm the vehicle is without air conditioning where required.
- Use UNI TOOL ELAST or the correct disposable mounting tool kit—do not lever/pry the belt on.
- Inspect pulleys and the alternator drive path for damage or contamination before fitting the new belt.
- After fitment, rotate the engine by hand (where safe/appropriate) to ensure correct belt seating and tracking.
