Cancel any order or part of an order where a material error or omission has occurred (including, without limitation, incorrect pricing, incorrect contents of a kit or incorrect compatibility information), even after an order has been submitted and payment has been received.

In such a case, we will notify you, cancel the affected order or line item and arrange a full refund of any amounts paid in respect of the cancelled portion of the order.

Customer Responsibilities

Will provide accurate vehicle details (including, where possible, VIN and engine code) to assist in selecting the correct part.
Will inspect all goods on collection or delivery to confirm that they match the description, and that any kits or assemblies contain the components you require, before installation.
Will not install or use any product which appears incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable for your application, and will contact us for clarification where there is any uncertainty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”), Modern Auto Parts, its owners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) arising from or in connection with:

Any error or omission in product descriptions, specifications, pricing or compatibility information on this website; or
Any reliance placed on such information, or any decision made or action taken based on such information, including installation or fitment decisions.
